Dec 29, 2020 9:07 PM

Isco has chosen to leave Real Madrid for Sevilla next summer for a few of between €15 million and €20 million.

Isco has started just three matches this season and is out of contract at Real Madrid in 2022.

Isco would prefer to leave in January, but the lack of depth for Real Madrid makes that an impossibility.

Arsenal also showed interest in Isco.

Zinedine Zidane: I Won't Become Real Madrid's Alex Ferguson

Dec 10, 2020 11:05 AM

Zinedine Zidane has denied he could remain at Real Madrid long enough to become the club's version of Sir Alex Ferguson.

Zidane's job became more stable on Wednesday with Real Madrid's 2-0 win over Gladbach in the Champions League that saw them through to the round of 16.

"I'll never be Madrid's Sir Alex Ferguson, that's for sure," Zidane said in his post-match news conference on Wednesday night. "I don't know how long I'll be here, so I don't even think about it. I think about the day-to-day and how lucky I am to be here at this great club."

Zidane has been in charge over four years in two different spells.

"I like it, even in the complicated moments, not just when we win," he said. "But I don't know for how long. I've already been here a long time, in Spain, in Madrid, and I want to stay a bit longer."

United Doubt Real Madrid, Juventus Can Afford Paul Pogba Fee

Pogba's agent, Mino Raiola, has announced he intends to find a new club for him.

Pogba is under contract with United until 2022. Pogba's preference is to join Real Madrid.

United are determined that they will not be bullied into accepting a low bid for Pogba, who was signed for £89.3 million from Juventus in 2016.

Agent: Paul Pogba's Tenure With Manchester United 'Over'

Dec 7, 2020 2:24 PM

Agent Mino Raiola has said Paul Pogba's tenure with Manchester United "is over."

United triggered a one-year extension in Pogba's contract that keeps him under contract until 2022. Pogba wants to leave in January and won't commit his future to the club.

"It's over between Manchester United and Pogba," said Raiola in the interview released on Monday.

"No point beating around the bush, it's better to speak clearly, look forward and not waste time looking for people to blame: Paul is unhappy at Manchester United.

"He is unable to express himself as is expected from him. He needs a change of club; a change of scenery.

"He has a contract which runs out in a year and a half -- in the summer of 2022 -- but I believe the best solution for everyone is that he leaves in the next transfer window.

"Otherwise, United know well the risk of losing him for nothing, given at the moment the player has no intention of extending his contract. If someone doesn't understand this, they understand little or nothing about football.

"In any case, they can all blame me if next summer Paul leaves."

Real Madrid and Juventus have both shown interest in Pogba in the past.
